Hi people,

As some of you may be aware we are a film production company that has just entered into an agreement with Hammer Film Productions to start making Hammer films again.

At present we are fund raising with a view to start production on the first film in April.

We'd love to hear from you to find out what you would want from a modern Hammer film, do you want to see remakes of the old classics or a more up-to-date horror such as The Grudge or Saw?

If any of you are interested in investing in these new films (and we know how flush with cash you all are) then you can get more information from our web site
http://www.harvestpictures3.co.uk

We'll also check back here for your response.

Hope to hear from you soon.

No.

If Harvest Pictures is serious about this venture, then perhaps resurrecting Hammer's "lost projects" would be a good place to start. At the very least, it would be a great anecdotal aside for this thread. I refer mostly to Jack Hunter's list in House of Horror.

Personally, I would love to see a return to period horror -- costume pieces with gothic sensibilities. That, and Ingrid Pitt cloned.

I want to see a hundred computer-generated Ingrid Pitts fighting Agent Smith.

Now there's one sequel to the Matrix that would actually be worth seeing!

Let's see. One hundred computer generated Ingrid Pitts X 2, um...

On a serious note, I actually got to meet Ingrid Pitt at a Horror con last summer and she was delightful. Proof that age cannot destroy true beauty.
