So this year our province is allowing Halloween. Last year it was canceled. I'm dead excited for the grandkids as they got awesome costumes this year in anticipation. Boo!

I'm actually surprised by how many people I've talked to that are not handing out candy this year, especially in my neighborhood! Grinches.....::mad::
