The Witch

I loved The Witch. This is set 60 years before the Salem witch trials and is based on reported events of actual witchcraft. Thomasin is a wonderful character who rebels against the repressed Christian warped family values of her father. Hers is a part I would love to play.

The evil and dark atmosphere is there from the start. The Devil finds His way in via a talking goat. Thomasin is tempted. If I were her I would be. Oh yes.

Nightwatch
Mostly enjoyed because of Ewan McGregor, but I missed his glorious facial hair. A fun murder mystery though, much enjoyed.

I forgot about War of the Roses. I liked that too.

War of the Roses was hard to watch. They were so mean to each other. Only thing i remember from it is the fall and her flicking his hand off.

Office Killer
Charming little film about a simple business woman who shyly keeps to herself and murders her co-workers. It was a delight. Like a gender swapped version of Psycho. ::smile::

You guys seen God Bless America? I think it's the only other Falling Down-like movie I've seen so far.

Strangeland (1998)
I just love this film, all the pseudo philisopical diatribes spouted by Captain Howdy are priceless..Dee Snider is my hero.

Love the movie, it's in my collection!!!!

I remember that she bit him in the d and afterwards he was trying to ease the pain with water from a fountain.

Ava's Possessions 2015

If you want to not think for an hour and a half and be slightly bored and slightly entertained then i recommend it. Otherwise, pass.

3.5/10

War of the Roses is real horror, nasty divorce, your one true love, the one you trust 100% trust, 100% turned against you, too horrifying to be entertaining.

Thumb resize.

"Before I Wake" 7/10

Entertaining enough, but not very scary unless you have a fear of butterflies. The story had potential to be an alternative Nightmare on Elm Street but never really went that way. Damn it..

Thumb resize.

"Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" 6/10

Same as the first but a bit funnier.

Apparently you can't call the police in the world that is Neighbors. If you could, this movie would have been very short.
