might i suggest that in future when you have finished on the forum, you log out (by this i mean got ot the bottom of the front page of the forum and click on the log out option) this will clear your cookies which means when you return to this site you will have to log back in. this will stop this happening again unless of course your friends know your login credentials, in which case change your password.
