On my way home from work I picked up Tati's Playtime and De Sica's Bicycle Thieves.

The Mr. Hulot films are some of many that I need to buy. They're so great.

I picked up Repulsion today.

Didn't that just come out...today? Good grab- I watched a really awful transfer of that film a few months back and was thinking how luxurious a Criterion print would look.

Yeah I saw that- good price. It's only on blu, though, and I'm still far too poor for that upgrade.

Ok - so I waited to the last second, but I finally placed my order. Funds are shorter than I'd thought, so I only went for 2 Criterions:

- Eyes Without a Face
- Virdiana

Rounded out the order with Bertolucci'a 1900 (Novecento)...they had it on for $4, couldn't resist.

Very much looking forward to this package :)
