I didn't see it. It is a controversial issue. If we see that vlogger's video of Suicide Forest and picture/vid of hanging body as "inappropriate entertainment", then we can understand the outrage.
On the other-hand, if it's meant to shake society into seeing this is a real issue that needs to be addressed an acted upon by people with depressed loved ones, by leaders of society and so on, then is, or was, an important message. And whether the vid is taken down or not, perhaps the vlogger should not be banned, etc.
In either, or both, cases Youtube and society still has to look at the big picture of the consequences of allowing vids of this type.
