What do you mean by "blank votes"?

Those categories for which no nomination was given by the person sending in the entry.

For e.g., "Funniest Member = (blank space) or N/A".

I've rented a virtual tux for Tuesday night.

5 and a half years on, I just don't think I'm a contender for best new member anymore :(
