Worked it out, FC. I have faced plenty of similar logic tests throughout my college years and entrance exams. Had a strong urge to google it for the answer but fought it off.

I worked it out too, Ferret. I drew a bunch of diagrams over several post-its, connecting the different relationships.

I then threw the post-its out and the maid has already emptied our trash cans. :( I just googled the answer and the Red house is in the middle.

That's how I did it. A 5x5 chart with house numbers on the top and the different factors along the side. Got pretty stuck in the middle, which is where I got told to clump information together. Also, I was told that the chart was the best way to do it.

No worries. A few more minutes and I probably would have done the same. Logic puzzles can be tough nuts to crack, and require plenty of patience. Besides logic.
