Well yeah....bruises heal though....but I get you - BOTH are pretty fucking aweful.

Now that you've brought it up, I personally don't think ANYONE should smoke around their kids.
My girlfriends older brother smokes, but (if this isn't a COMPLETE juxtaposition) he does so responsibly, always steps outside, or makes sure the his two kids aren't around at the time - I respect this greatly.
I completely disagree with smoking near young children, or while pregnant - I think they should both be considered an illegal offence.
Still comes down to respecting others.

OK - All things considered, I THINK that's about it...

i'm done ..

and i've put the bottle thing behind me as well.

did i mention that i smashed the side view mirror off of my van a couple of days ago ?

I checked my blind spot to make a lane change and turned back to see eveyone had stopped right in front of me.

I knew my left lane was clear so i automatically swerved into that lane - saving me from the biggest accident of my lifetime.

there was a big bang but it was just the side mirror .. it got totalled .. in turn scratching the side window and the paint down the side of the van.

the car i avoided had no damage.

so i was lucky - but still pissed at the money i'm gonna have to spend to fix it now... (well over $200 i was told)

so now there is a chunk of plastic hanging from a cord rubbing an arc of paint off the side of the van from the wind blowing it around.
At the time i was on the way to get a flat tire fixed. It had to be replaced (100$)
The donut i was riding on went flat just as i got there.

The thing that holds the donut under the van (a long cable attached to a 'holding device' broke off from rust while trying to wind it up out of the way.

all this shit has been within a week.

and i still havent lost it.

I'll observe the events to follow with keen interest...it's only a matter of time.;)

So, in answer to your question, if you're inconsiderate enough to fit into any of the abovementioned categories, considering the nature of second hand smoke, I'd consider spitting on you far less offensive by comparison. Think about it.

Oh yeah, as long as I'm ranting in here....I should give a shoutout to Urgeok...yeah, sounds fucked up - yet again, my views on the cat vs dog issue have been made to feel just that little bit more justified. It's too bad also - bottles are the kind of thing that used to be really intricately crafted, and a thing of moderate beuty, even if mass produced at the time - but as you said, that's all bygone now, and you just KNOW you're not going to come across anything NEW that's even remotely as nice looking...FUCKING STUPID cats...

I'm A thoughtful smoker. I don't smoke in the house so my kids don' have to breath it. I don't smoke in the car, we pull over and I get out and smoke. If I am waiting for a bus I don't stand in the shelter if i am smokeing. So are you still going to spit on me??

doesnt sound like a problem to me ...

Nope, just make sure you carry gum and you're probably good with all but the most finnicky of non-smokers.
