my wife wanted a GPS .. so this computer clearance place sent me an email a couple of days ago - the Magellan Maestro 4040 (bluetooth - you can talk to it - it announces streets of your next turn, etc .. referbished units for $99 ($200 off !) so i bought one - and with the savings bought an external 1 terebyte harddrive (and a firewire card) man what a beauty ! I'm going to be dabbling with some video editing and needed a clean place to do it with a lot of room... 1 terebyte external ... for $180. I clearly remember paying way over that for a 20 gig drive less than 10 years ago. |
