Apple Jacks with no milk.

I'm about to tuck into oven-baked potato, topped with cottage cheese and loads of freshly ground black pepper (purchased in Egypt and, for some reason, it tastes so much better than the peppercorns you can buy in your local supermarket) - oh boy!
