As many as NINETEEN entries have BLAZED their way into my PM box!

And its almost neck-and-neck for the lead, but THE ZOMBIE WARRIORS ARE LEADING with SEVEN of em in!

Not a big lead though, since both RAGING PHANTOMS & SLICE 'N' DICERS are hot on their heels with SIX of each in!

I really hope, for the sake of the SnD team, that we find a replacement for Alky asap. That might turn out to be THE crucial factor when the deadline approaches. Good luck, SnD!

With fewer confirmations this year and participants dropping out, I am having a hard time keeping the teams on an even keel for the Challenges. Haven't yet found a confirmed replacement for Alky for the SnD team, so it will be similarly tough to find someone to replace Bloody Ribcut.

Besides, he hasn't posted anything in this thread since his confirmation. So no idea yet if he has actually dropped out. Who knows, he might log in today and send me his entry through Speed Post.

Pray and hope he does just that before the deadline. Like the SnDs are praying for a rep for Alky.

I have TWENTY-TWO entries in with me right now. One of them is a backup, so that's TWENTY ONE registered entries in total.

And would you believe it? ALL 3 TEAMS ARE TIED TOGETHER WITH SEVEN ENTRIES EACH!!

The winning Team AND the losing Team will be decided by their LAST entries! Can't get any closer than that.

The next 11 hours hold the key. Hold your collective breaths, and keep those prayers going!

What do we do in such a situation? We go and see which Team was the last in submitting all their answers. Remember my mentioning Bloody Ribcut's importance? Now it will be revealed...

First, who won this Challenge?

TWO positions in TWO teams - the Slice 'N' Dicers & the Zombie Warriors, were hanging in the balance. I had received no confirmation from Michelle for the SnD team, and Ribcut hadn't sent in his dropping out confirmation from the Zombie Warriors team.

Yesterday I had 22 Entries with me. 21 registered and valid, and ONE from a (possible) replacement, Shriek_of_the_Mutilated. IF the originally registered member, Bloody_Ribcut, had shown up and had sent me his entry, THAT entry would have been taken and tallied, since he WAS the registered member.

But he hasn't sent me his entry. He was on for a brief period yesterday morning, but disappeared offline without a word either in this thread or to his team through PMs or email.

So, officially, Shriek takes over Bloody Ribcut's position, and his entry becomes valid. BUT ONLY WHEN THE DEADLINE TICKED OVER!

Let me clarify this a bit more - I received Shriek's entry much earlier, but it was VALIDATED and he was REGISTERED in place of Bloody_Ribcut ONLY JUST NOW, when the deadline came up.

So technically, Shriek's entry is the LAST one in.

IF Ribcut had come in, or sent a PM cancelling his participation and posting that he was dropping out, Shriek would have become registered then and there. And the timing of his entry would have counted.

See why I said Ribcut held a BIG key in the outcome of this challenge?

Warriors, welcome again to the second Battle Royale BLOODBATH. This is like sudden death, only with a bit more gory, black humor fun.

Right now, you all are standing in THE BLOODBATH CHAMBER, in a circle, all EIGHT of you facing each other. There are FOUR tables in front of you - marked 1, 2, 3 and 4. What you have to do, is NOMINATE FOUR TEAM MEMBERS from your team and CHOOSE THE TABLES they will proceed to check out. Like for example - nominate Chronogrl to check out Table 2.

Each table holds a secret message under it. What it is will remain a secret till I receive a PM from you. That's right - ONLY A SINGLE PM from your team, possibly from your chosen Team Leader. Quickly confer amongst yourselves and send me a PM before MIDNIGHT EST tonight with your collective choice of FOUR team members, and the tables they are chosen to check out.

IF YOU FAIL TO SEND ME THE PM BEFORE MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT, ALL OF YOU WILL BE SHOT TWICE BY THE SNIPERS IN THE WATCHTOWERS! Be mindful.
