Thanks, Gore. Be sure to claim your blurbs too, just in case.

I now officially have 3 complete lists and 2 part lists. The compilation into Excel worksheets will start later today by me.

Those who are working on their lists...please note that you must turn them in by Feb 10th. In case someone needs a bit more time to work and re-edit their selections may stretch it to the next day, but I hope to get all your lists by then. Dont forget to add your choices for the blurbs.

btw, those who have already turned in their lists but have mentioned less than 5 recommendations under each sub-genre, can take a bit more time and think up of good ones to fill those vacant slots. You can IM me or email me with those again, no worries. I will include those.

just a quick question:

should we list any giallos under the slasher sub-genre? i mean, they're not really like the traditional "slasher" in the sense that halloween, friday the 13th, etc. are, but they fit the criteria you've listed and they don't fit into any other section.

I'll have to set aside some time for this one, maybe tomorrow when we get another big snowstorm.

Yes you may. A giallo is essentially a whodunnit combined with slasher elements, with a...what you call it...Italian flavor - long murder sequence, jaw-dropping music in the background and some very chic cinematography. (Rod would be the expert here...I am just summing up):p

Its a good excuse to be at home.;)

2 more comprehensive lists have arrived, and that makes a total of 5 official lists of recommendations. The Blurbs are also being booked thick and fast, so book your favorite movie's blurb as quickly as you can.

How can we book movie blurbs before we know what's ending up on the list?

Based on your recommendations. If they make it into the final 100, the blurb is yours.;)

I'll be adding more later.....I want to give it the time it deserves.;)
