The first time I saw it when I was younger I couldn't watch the end and I thought it ended with lizzie taking the last pill to get rid of drop dead fred. I was sad for weeks. :(

I can't believe it has a 4.7 rating on imdb!

(I HAD to quote your post if for NO other reason but to have yet another picture of Rik Mayall in this thread... LOVED Drop Dead Fred when I was wee, and I LOVE The Young Ones.
