I really want to see this film and I have to wait until September. Hell this film has the right effects, talk about torture. I just hope its as good as predicted all this excitement and build up could end up in a big let down.

Finally got to see it a week ago at the Fantasia Festival. Great movie, and lots of fun! They did a video featuring a very interesting Q&A Session with director Adam Green, so here's the link if some of you would like to watch :

I'm stoked to see this film. I hope it plays somewhere in Omaha.

He sure is! I usually stick around for the Q&As at the Festival (the directors are often there to present their movies and answer questions), and sometimes they don't have much to say. Adam, on the other hand, was a riot!! I could'nt help but agree on his point of view on how the censors taking down the 13 machette stabs kill to 3 stabs actually rendered the whole affair a lot more serious instead of just over the top...

Actually, he did have some very interesting things to say about how the MPAA (I believe its the name, as I'm not from the US I might be mistaken) members are paid by big movie studios and tend to let more things pass in movies from these big studios while being a lot harsher towards smaller ones and independant movie makers...
