Okay, the dog is fucking freaky.....

On that note, Hap has the strangest eating habits i have ever heard of. Plus, had i not seen ap icture of him previously, i would think he was easily 350 lbs with his eating habits..

I knew a girl once who's sister would only eat "white" food, mashed potatoes, chicken, white bread, milk, etc.

i am quite a pig. however, i cant end eating, ie a meal, or even a snack, with something sweet. The taste of sugar makes my mouth funny and makes me sick.

on that note i can eat anything savory (especially things of the burger, hotdog, pizza persuasion) by the pallette-ful, and put away beer like a blue whale filtering for plankton.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

That's a valid assumption I guess, but yeah...I don't gain weight no matter what. I've fluctuated between 165-170 since I was like 21...no more; no less.

And the thing is, I have like friends of mine who are pretty big dudes...and THEY can't get over how much I can eat. I can eat a whole large pizza pie myself...I often down a big-ass cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, and a cheeseburger in one sitting, etc.

The only thing is that I usually only eat once a day...but it's like binge eating. I NEVER eat breakfast, sometimes a light lunch...but I almost always eat like a fucking pig around dinner time to make up for the fact that I'm starving.

This is one habit I wish I could break. I really should just eat normal portions of 3 meals a day.

I did try to get on a healthy eating kick a few years ago...I went balls out...it was a shock to my system. I was eating things that I didn't even like just because it was good for you...and I was drinking nothing but water and taking in my suggested caloric intake, etc. It only lasted 2 weeks!

But, I think that's because I went all out...rather than gradually getting used to that type of diet. I always wanna try to get back to that at some point...but, damn willpower sucks!

I have the same habit. breakfast is a cup of coffee ( i miss smoking sometimes.....)

Lunch, if i have it, is ramen noodles. occasionally a mcdonalds double cheese burger. Dinner is super pig-a-thon where i prepare enormous meals and consume them in one sitting.

I once downed a 12 inch deluxe cheeseburger sub with everything (mustard, ketchup, mayo, hots, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomtatocheese and 6 or 7 patties) in under 5 minutes. I ate the first half in under a minute.

Yes, yes...sounds very familiar.

Also though...a part of the reason I don't eat throughout the day is because I get instantly tired if I'm at work or whatever and I eat something. So, I would rather just have caffeine and nicotine in my bloodstream all day long...stay on my high, then at the end of the day when I am ready to wind down...THEN I will eat.

I dunno if it's mental or whatever...but yeah, I feel that if I eat it's gonna sap my energy.

That isnt always the case with me, i am just to damn lazy to bring food or leave work to eat during the day, and i cant eat whithin an hour of getting up, i just have no appetite.

i worked on a farm for a while when i was 21, picking fruit and veggies in the field all day. i hade a whopper with cheese for lunch one day, and was completely sapped of energy for the rest of the day after that.

They say if you are not hungry when you wake up that you are eating too much, too close to going to sleep. You should leave a gap of 2-3 hours of no eating before sleeping. In theory you will have a better nights sleep and wake up feeling hungry and wanting breakfast, as you have not eaten for 9-10 hours.

And-
"If you feel tired just after eating lunch, (the 2 o'clock slump), you are probably eating too much refined/processed carbohydrates, and your body has become carbohydrate sensitive. Try and eat more complex carbs, and add more protein and fibre to your meals. Oh yeah, don't forget to drink that water."
