Got my blood results while I was in Florida. Not good. A1C is up to 7.6 from 6.8. Started Nutri System today, and will be receiving a workout DVD (Sweatin' to the Oldies) tomorrow.

Oh, I have zero willpower usually. My sugar level is a big motivator. I really don't want to end up on the needle!
