it's a horror movie?
 

I guess "Wait until dark" is a horror movie, since Stephen King discusses it in his book Danse Macabre. "Harry Roate, jr." is certainly a scary villain.
When I discussed this movie with my sister, she refused to believe that Alan Arkin could play someone scary.
