And films of the quality of M, Metropolis, Halloween, Escape From New York, The Thing, The Omen and The Goonies... our own... X¤MURDERDOLL¤X!!! Many, many congratulations to MD for triumphing this superb contest in this LONGEST TOURNAMENT IN HDC HISTORY!! Phew...what a time we had. Such a long time since the first post was made in this tourney thread (February 16th 2010)...a tournament in development for A WHOLE YEAR and almost 4 months (no less!!). We started off with 33 participants and 99 Masters of Cinema initially, and we ended with Murderdoll taking the Winner's Crown. And the whole credit for this super-long yet highly successful tourney goes to all of you, dear voters of HDC. Thank you for making this yet another successful venture to enter the annals of HDC history - a project worthy of intense rivalry, and success of quality popular cinema. Thank you, folks. Here's an idea for continuing the series. One more tournament will mean we have 3 champions, then we can have a 'clash of champions' 3-way tournament to see who is the undisputed HDC showdown king. It should only take another couple of years:) |
