A beautifully done great thriller starring Mary Steenburgen on the lead. If you're a fan of or haven't seen an 80s thriller/horror for a while, then please give it a try. You'll love it; particularly for Roddy McDowall and Jan Rubes, they were stellar in their respective roles.

WHITE DOG (1982). Although Paramount may have tried to market this as a Horror film before kicking it to the curb, found it to be quite good and a pretty searing turn on racism, back before we were all so damn PC. ***1/2

The director also made the excellent Shock Corridor as well as the seminal war movie, The Big Red One.
