this pic was taken in the mid 60's when the Batman TV show just came out.
My grandparents bought me this cape and it is the only thing i still have to this day - from my childhood. (only because it was lost years ago and found by me years later when we cleaned out their attic after they moved to an apartment.

the best thing is - last year i got it signed by Adam West himself..

but i looked online out of curiosity (ebay) and they didnt seem to be going for too much ..

a couple of years ago they were the guests of honour at a big fan con here in Toronto.

the VIP tickets were pretty expensive but i thought this would be a chance in a lifetime for my kid. 200 people bought the tickets and there was only one other kid in the whole group.

it was a fan-con .. they combine horror/sci-fi/anime/gaming/comics.

there's a lot of crossover with horror and sci-fi.

That would be a great idea!...Seri's into hardcore punks, and physical self-expression (piercings, tattoos, colorful hair in nontraditional styles, etcetera...She's an artist, so she appreciates those sort of things.)...She currently has pink and green hair that is much shorter than usual (much to my dismay), and she has a labret.

BUT...She absolutely detests alcohol...So...I don't think it would work out very well...aww
