goregurl, thank you for taking the time that I wasnt willing to give to elaborate on the essence of Silent Hill. I did feel that the movie was lacking in some respects to the games. I believe that is simply because I enjoyed SIlent HIll 2 the most and the movie has very little to do with that. There were many things in it to be appriciated.

Wonderful explanantion. I feel much better now about the whole thing and i think capcom(?) owes you a comission becaus enow i want to play the agmes. seems to interesting not to.

i just woke up and forgot who said it but my favorite was the second game too and as i understand it the director was (pre-release of course) planning on doing the whole series of games..but as i mentioned before, they may have painted themselves into a corner with this movie. heres to hoping we see james large and in charge on the big screen soon *crosses fingers*
