When I first saw it I didn't really care for it, but since the remake is coming out I had to see it again. It must of been from the quality of the VHS. Now it is actually a good movie, but like I said the DVD is edited. Watch this before seeing the remake. And from the cover, it looks like a horror movie. It's cool you're doing these reviews and all, but some of your assesments are rather dodgy- like you give a NA to the acting on a film because there are subtitles? WTF? Is it because you read so slow you don't have a chance to ever look at the actors?
You give a "LOVE" rating of 2 to a film because there are rape scenes? WHAT? Rape has NOTHING to do with love, dude. Last House On the Left is not a horror movie? Excuse me? Since when? Brother... |
I don't get the category "LOVE". What exactly are you grading there? How much romance there is in the film or how much you personally loved it? Or something else all together?
And like NE pointed out, Last House on the Left is most certainly a horror film. If it's not to you, I'd love to know what your criteria is to be considered a horror film. |
The Love factor was in earlier reviews and now recent they say Sexual Content. And to me I never considered being raped and held hostage horror. I always considered horror as a scary movie, but as i think about it, Having that done would be a horrifing expirence.
