Death is the only true punishment. First you tie them up to a chair. Then to beat them with a wooden baseball bat till most of their bones are broken, but be sure not to kill him/her just yet. Then you take a scaple and cut out their toungue. Then cut their body over and put salt on their wounds. Then take a barbwired wipe and start slashing them with it, cutting them all over and tearing their flesh to sherds. And now put salt on those new wounds as well. Take a blow torch and torch their arms and legs. Scaple their eyes out. Now they should be extremely close to death, if not dead already. Finish them off by first slitting their throat. Quickly before he/she dies from the throat cut, shot a bow through his ear so it'll come out his other ear. Thus killing him.
