1: Set the alarm to snooze for a half hour, so that I can get up one hour before I start work - I don't know why I do this...it seems to give the illusion of more sleep, while actually just interrupting it.
I usually take my morning piss at this time, then go back to bed. Sometimes at this point, when the mood strikes I might yknow...reach over to the woman instead...if not, sleep...most of the time, sleep. Lazy. 2: (Actually) get up. Proceed to the bathroom, take a shit sometimes, shower (I don't shave mornings, usually the night before) so all my hair conditioning and teeth brushing in the shower, get dressed. 3: At this point I've usually got between 15-20 minutes to time my walk to work (I like to have 20 minutes to spare) During this time, I may zoom onto the pc to check out an email, sometimes head in here but don't usually post then, re-initiate any downloads or things I want running. Talk to the girl a bit, pack any lunch I've premade the night before, picking up my work stuff, checking my bag...etc 4: The walk to work. I walk up some hills (it's an urban...valley here..ach) and for about 12 minutes. I'll head into the cafe downstairs and pick up my regular (double shot cap with a little caramel) and head upstairs to work. 5: Arrive at work? Sign in, answer the "how are you"s with "at WORK" or some such comment, and get to doin' whatever it is I do...usually at least ONE sip of really hot coffee will occur before that though. |
Wake up early, 5am. Immediately start a horror movie then log into horror and see what's going on. Wash after first movie then start another. Watch continually till bed---various brief pauses to get take-out, use bathroom, feed cat. Usually go to bed after film number eight or nine (11pmish). Wake up and repeat the next day.
