Nothing, but my doctor says to try not to get near any diseases.

They have about the same number of accidents but women have less serious accidents with less of them being fatal and are more likely to use their seat beats. This has lead to lower car insurance rates for women leading people to believe that they get in fewer accidents or are "better drivers".
