Dude, Boo-Berry is cool, always was cool as I remember. That pale blue is the color of ghosts, of spirits! Spirit-colored ghost marshmallows! This is a kids' cereal that was designed at a time when they knew how to infuse things with real atmosphere.
You know what I miss? I mean, really miss? This effed-up teal Kool-Ade called "Great Bluedini," there was no flavor listed anywhere on the box, and it tasted vaguely fruit-flavored but very non-specific. The mascot was an octopus dressed as a magician, holding a bunch of playing cards with question marks on them. It was as if this beverage was taunting you, daring you to try to guess what the mystery flavor was. "Great Bluedini" was the coolest drink I ever tasted, I think they discontinued it many years ago, and I have felt cheated ever since. |
