This was great. Lots of energy and plot twists made this the best thriller I've seen in a long time.

Ditto, a great thriller indeed.

Hellraiser Revelations (2011) In a way this is as big an insult to fans of the series as the previous entry Hellworld but I realise it was either going to be this re-tread of the original film (albeit in a different set of situations and circumstances) or a flat out remake and am happy that they did this instead. Warning Doug Bradley is NOT playing pinhead in this and suffers from a lack of dark presence because of it. Offers nothing new to fans who have watched all the films so will be very disappointing but try not to be put off by the first ten minutes which make it look like Hellraiser:The found footage cash-in. It's at least better than that but still only for die-hard fans whom may still despise it.

Will it tear my soul apart to watch it?

Dead Snow
wasn't all that impressed and walked away confused. someone mentioned it was a horror comedy but they only really started to make some funny scenes after the two guys find the shed full of tools. I wont say its a bad movie but it just seemed like the first half was serious and the second half was a p**s take and not a good mash up of them both. I thought this movie had potential to be a good zombie film like the outpost maybe. overall id give it a 3/10 and it'll probably never move from the DVD collection for a long time.

on a plus im going to watch the orphanage and pans labrynth again tonight.
