Joe Spinell's performance was an absolute treat to watch. Need to see Maniac again sometime soon.

Not too bad as a low budget effort.

I loved that movie. I found it really disturbing and interesting and the ending really stuck with me. That might just be because im so scared of being buried alive though.

Watched a couple movies

Atrocious- Found footage spanish film from last year. Not very good, nothing really happens and when things do start to happen the camera is super shaky and hard to see what is happening. Thumbs Down.

Paranormal Activity 3- My personal favorite of the series so far. I didn't care for number 2 at all and the first one was pretty good. This one had a much better pace and more interesting scares plus the ending put an nice spin on things. Hoping number four will follow in this ones footsteps. Thumbs Up.

Attack The Block- third time seeing this film and I still enjoy it. Great alien flick which is nice as the Alien genre is very flooded lately hoping they make a sequel. Thumbs Up.

Retreat (2011)

Liked it; as I always enjoyed movies with a limited cast & interesting characters set on a remote or isolated location (Island/room/House/Boat etc.) and a little twist at the end. This movie has a nice cast who delivered their usual level of good performance & there are only 4/5 characters in the story with a good little twisted ending. Though some may find nothing new & few flaws near the end but I enjoyed it.

Gotta say.... didn't love it.

Yes, we've seen handheld camera movies for more than a decade now. Lets move on.

It's a good film, for all it's crazy twists and turns (hey, that's giallo) but there are alot of names for it, perhaps even a record number.
