I know this one's been answered, but I think it depends on what you mean...
If you mean the crushed up brown substance that's pretty much unidentifiable AS any kind of vegetable...like, most vegetarians don't even like THAT shit do they?

However, I've had something called a "veggie burger" a few times, with grilled eggplant, charred capsicum and zucchini slices, put through a grill under cheese. Nice tomato and onion relish on top, in a big roll with nice salad...now that, is what a veggie burger ought to be.
