My view is, the people doing this, appear to be 'testing' the security. Why go to lengths to set up dud nail bombs in four locations, within two weeks of the last bombings, running the risk of getting caught, and giving away info on the whereabouts of the other members involved... (good for investigations though) they are truly idiotic. If their beliefs, for what ever motives, religious, retaliation or for any other reason, is to maime and kill, then what other motives would ther be for todays act of idiocy?

Seems the Police have shot dead a suspect in Stockwell today who was fleeing from them down into the subway.
Threat was considered high so it was a case of NO MESSING. Wounded him, put 4 rounds into his head supposedly. It's what has to be done.
It's how the SAS have always opearated...unless someone is wanted alive it's 2 rounds into the head as they lie on the ground. No one knows how wounded they may be, if they are still armed or have bombs, so you take the risk out for good.
