Yeah, punk WASN'T a fashion statement. Now it is. It sure isn't a music genre anymore. The stuff that gets called punk now'days is either some pop-style watered down grunge type rip off of the same old Green Day song or shit like Blink 182.


And there's still always the old "Once something is classified as punk it ceases to be punk" theory

I dont listen to anything new. New music has let me down. Therefore i am stuck in the 80s

theres some newer punk bands that are good...well not nec. new, but not from the 80's....like the casualties aren't that bad and some others...but right now i simply can't think...too tired
