hmm.. several ways here...

having your genitals cut out and being left to bleed to death...

being tied down to have a steam roller run over you ... feet first.. moving 1 inch every five minutes...

have your pelvis smashed into pavement and your guts stuck to the ground.. leaving you to either lie there or drag yourself...

being dismembered by having your limbs slowly pulled off...

there are lots of horrible ways to die...

i think burning to death would be quite horrible

How about a one inch abdominal incision, poke in a knitting needle, pull out just enough intestine to wrap around a stick...Then just slowly twist the stick...Twist the stick...As the larger parts come out, the hole rips...stick twists...On and on....

they did something like that in The Cell rayne... speaking of which.. that movie gives me the chills.. one of the few that can still do so

Hey...I even HAVE that movie...Hmmm...I wonder why I didn't put that together...Maybe it's because I only watched it one time, when it first came out, and just about the only parts I really remember were the split horse, and the "gallery of freaks"....*sigh*

i think it takes a couple times to truly GET that movie... it's really superb and has some super awesome cinemaphotography and visual effects

Well, Burning/Exploding, or falling from a huge biulding always would be my choices for this so.....

Being lit on fire on the roof of a 100 storie biulding. Falling off, dropping 100 stories, and landing in a vat of gasoline. Hopefully you wouldnt die 'till you hit the gas....BANG
