Different drugs affect different people in different ways. Morphine might not do much for you in the way it has with me and sistinas when we've had it but then Dilaudid which did a lot for you may do little for me and sistinas. It's important that you find which painkiller works for you so when you are in hospital you can help them by giving you the right stuff e.g I have a violent reaction (projectile vomit, head spinning etc) to large doses of paracetamol so that's a definite no-no. Anyway I hope neither you or Sistinas end up in hospital again it's still a horrible place to be. |
