I think the voltage on those is even less than the cattle prods...might be fun for a try though.
That said, if you know any electricians, you could always run that other question by 'em

I occasionaly run by electricians at work, I think it goes:
Volts throw you and you live, Amps hold you and kill you. On second thought, I'll ask around.

I would suggest watching the show Jackass. I'm sure you can find a lot of the skits on youtube. That should give you plenty ideas.

Also, if you are doing anything with electricity and shocking each other, you might want to pick up a voltameter, you can get them cheaply at a hardware store. It will measure the amount of electricity running through your "enhanced" cattle prod to ensure you don't turn it into a defibrillator. :p
