Yes.

For one basic reason - variety.

2nd reason - the time gap of both movies.

3rd reason - slightly different plotlines, and Bruce.

I wouldn't.

I actually like that movie a lot. More than The Seventh Seal.

There's something about Hour of the Wolf which is both horrifying and touching at the same time.

It's a great film but personally I feel The Seventh Seal would compliment Virgin Spring better. I'm not saying it's a better film than Hour of the Wolf. :)
