After a few weeks in the hospital David returns to Central High with a limp and a thirst for revenge. He decides to liberate the students of Central High by eliminating the brutal bullies that oppress them. First on the hit list is Bruce, who is electrocuted after some hang glider sabotage. Then Craig is snuffed after diving headfirst into a drained pool. Finally big dumb Paul gets his in a fiery auto wreck.

Don't ever question newb.

Rayne's too busy patching her wounds from The Battle Royale

why the other hunters didn't target her is beyond me.

 NEWB!!!...That was just so MEAN!

Anyway, yes...The description DOES sound like it...But...I swear...I don't think that's it...

It's something kinda obvious...It was really mainstream and kinda popular...There were many like it around the same time

This one is getting on my nerves...

EDIT: In MY head...This is what I see:

1) Guy standing at the top of the diving board...There's no one else around (except the killer, who he of course doesn't know is there)
2) He dives
3) killer's hand (only his hand) flipping the light switch
4) Dead guy in the bottom of the empty swimming pool

Okay, I'm just going to have to watch it again

I figured that the title that would click for me would HAVE to be on one of these 13 pages:
http://www.filmsandtv.com/genre.php?gs=1980Horror

But...It just didn't happen...Makes sense if the movie actually WAS made in 76

It could just be that it's been too long since I watched it...And I'm sure that I watched it in the 80's even if it is this 76 movie...Which it probably is because Newb and V are our best 'movie guessers' besides Zwoti, Neverending, Cactus and Urge...

It's still not doing it for me though...Maybe I'm just thinking of a completely different movie

Oh well...

************************************
And Newb says I'm dangerous!

I can't even guess the title of ONE movie!!! :p

The only one I can think of right off hand is Bucket Of Blood...I own this one for sure :)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052655/plotsummary

There may be others that fit your description though

Hah- you give me to much credit. I'm terrible at the "guess this movie thing."
