I forgot Denis Leary too, his first couple albums were great and The Ref is a classic holiday film.

The Ref is great. Leary's comedy albums were very funny and his delivery was perfect, unfortunately he stole about 75% of his material directly from Bill Hicks.

Poor Bill couldn't break out and make it big, Leary brought it to an audience.
I don't have to respect somebody to think their funny. In fact, as far as celebrities go, there are VERY if any that I could say I "respect".

Steven Lynch and Otis Lee Crenshaw do some good musical standup.

I think most people hate him. I like my comedy really stupid though, the dumber the better.
