I would like to see a Vegan prove to me that vegetable matter does not fear death. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. Because THEN where would they be?

I like that link. I've always been a fan of reversing situations - particularly between humans and animals, though between man & woman also works particularly well... right, girls? ;) - and watching the extremes of things they take for granted dawn on people.

There is something odious about the soul who sits with his (or her) fat belly with scant regard for the animals they gobble up, nor the processes through which the meat has reached their hungry, greedy mouths.

We really have no choice...It's them or us :p
