At the risk of going ballistic on myself for possible spamming, I'm in NC right now finishing sound, music and a few reshoots on a Bigfoot movie. No cheesiness on this one I'm afraid. It will likely be out this summer.

How is "The Capture of Bigfoot", AKA "The Legend of Bigfoot"? I just got in as part of a 50 mivie pack, has anyone seen it?

Well, I'm not sure if I've seen that one. I definitely have not seen it recently, that's fer sure, and I would like to buy it.

There was a documentary on the travel channel a couple weeks ago about Bigfoot. Did anyone else see it?

Ron Jeremy is in some recent Bigfoot movie (not the one I'm working on however, which the trailer is now up :D ).

I'm surprised the bigfoot genre's not bigger. There's a lot of stuff that can be done with it. Particularly with how weird some of the reports get. It'd be interesting to see something dealing with bigfoot and the connection some mysticky types have thought about between it and some fae stories. Bigfoot and fae stuff is really potentially creepy.

MisterSadistro 05-23-2006 11:14 PM

Nothing mystical I'm afraid, but looking good. We've been watching every bad Bigfoot movie of the 70s this last week and none of them are scary. Closest was 'Sasquatch' and even that's a stretch. We might have THE definitive scary Bigfoot movie :D
