Uzamaki, now that's surreal and a bit fucked up as well, what more could you want.
Gore, well there is Re-animator of course, City of the Living Dead, Centipede horror (rubbish but funny and creepy if you don't like bugs), Ichi the Killer gorey and weird, Dead Alive(Brain Dead the Peter Jakson version) and The Untold Story.

Ok as mentioned in an earlier post, Guinea Pig Box set, especially part 2 Flowers of Flesh and blood. No plot to speak of but disturbing.

Much the same as guts of a beauty, not to bad but not to good either.

If you want something really sick but not really a film try Faces of Gore, thats always good for a laugh:D
