Yes, Max Schreck (sp?) definitely was a creepy character in that film. Anyway, from the list there, I suppose Audition is the only one that really creeped me out, although there were moments from the rest that I found a little tense or scary. It's very rare for a film to actually freak me out very much. Not sure why.

You become kinda desensitised to them after awhile, as a kid horror movies scared me more after watching them than during.
I think my imagination turned them into something more scary than they actually were. I had a few sleepless nights after watchin stuff my brother and sister got out as kid :D

none of those really scared me. TCM and Halloween had their moments however. as for The Excorcist....I dont see what the big deal is! not one single part in that movie scared me in the least bit.

^^ Its best experienced on the big screen it didn't really do much for me either till I saw it at the theatre.
