well in that case if he's done a good and consistant job in the past then it wouldn't seem like such a bad thing to keep him but you obviously now better than I do and I'm sure you'll make the right decision.

i sat one game out due to my shoulder already ...
so far we only won one game (the game last sunday) and my hitting was partially responsible for that ..

I kinda sorta know how ya feel in the sense that I have to go through a bit of hell in the next week for the sake of sports. I've gotta lose 20 pounds, I help my old coach out with training camp every year which starts on the first and I'm at 250 right now because I've completely let myself go for various reasons. I was going to lose the weight anyway when I got back to going to the gym but this shit just crept up on me now I've gotta get it off in a week which needless to say isn't going to be fun.
