No Country for Old Men

Figured it was about time to give this one a second viewing...just as great as the first time.

I'm still not convinced that it was the best movie of the year - I still far prefer There Will Be Blood - but it's a fantastic film nonetheless.

when i saw it - i mentioned to the guy i was with (after the kid was hit by the plant - then killed) that i'd just stand on top flinging plants at the people with the guns until they all killed each other.

Speaking of best theme songs ever, I revisited Life of Brian last night.

"Edmond" 7-8/10

Stuart Gordon's "Falling down".

I can never get tired of the "Falling down" theme. A normal guys journey to insanity.

Enjoyed this one a lot, even tho it's not quite up there with Falling Down. Could have wished for another lead actor, not being a big fan of William H. Macy, but i thought he did a good job nevertheless. Also fun to see all the cameos, coz there sure were a lot of well known faces.

So, to all Falling Down fans in here. Edmond.

Good to hear.

And don't worry newb, you won't fall asleep. It only has a running time of 1 hour and 20 minutes tops.
