Everyone can see you through the internet. Remember ITS WATCHING YOU.

Yes it is contagious. It makes baby jesus cry, and you will burn in hell. It's like aborting 1000 babies at once, you evil man. :)

Yes...But...It's my own...I've never given it to anyone else (never thought to actually), but everyone here just loves it...I have to make LOTS at one time, and it ALL goes within an hour or so...

I guess it's really more of a 'hawaiian bread' with the pineapples in it :)

1 cup Shortening
2 cups Brown Sugar (I use brown instead of white because it gives it a richer flavor and moister texture)
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Mashed RIPE Bananas (about 4-6 normal sized bananas...Best when they start getting black spots and turn squishy)
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 cans Crushed Pineapple (or 1 big can), or just 1 regular sized can, depending on how much pineapple you like

Mix shortening and sugar together, until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add bananas. Mix completely.

In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients. Mix it all together. Dump in pineapples (and half the juice). Mix all very well.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Butter 13 X 9 pan and 9x9 pan (or whatever it takes for how much mixture you have, they should be filled 3/4 the way full).

Pour in mixture.

Bake approximately 45 minutes to an hour...Keep checking the middle to see if it's done after about 30-45 minutes. The size of the pans you use will determine how long it takes for them to bake all the way.

I know that doesn't sound like a 'formal' recipe...But, like I said...It's my own :)
