Even though he looked like a twat, you have to admit Dafoe nailed the character. He gets my vote.

I guess....perhaps I'm being a bit judgemental...it was a pretty good origin story, he did get the character right, he NAILED the laugh (or whoever did it), there was good fight scenes and they did bring spider-man to life VERY well, much better than expected at the time.
