I shattered my knee a few years ago, it's healed and everything but everytime I play football(which is what I was doing this morning) or just about anything strenuous it hurts like hell. I'm not saying it's child birth but it's somewhere in the region.

Ugh, that sucks. I know what you mean though, I've broken my right ankle three times, and even though I don't stop doing what I want, I pay for it later. Busted joints are the worst.
