I do apologise for the "short but effective list..." I may have misunderstood your request in that I thought we had to submit our best/favourite on what we thought was the goriest or psychologically damaging - I didnt realise a list would be required.
Either way, I stick to my two recommendations!! :p

Got an excellent list from Gore, with plenty of sure-fire must-sees.

Received an excellent and long list from Kane_Hodder. Some of em are bound to catch the gorehound's attention because they are rarities.

Still waiting on Alky & Flayed.

One more day to go, then Sunday night the final list preparation begins. Panel sits from Monday to pore over them. Hopefully we will be right on schedule for the last week of May release of the 100.


Keep your fingers crossed, folks! This list is going to be real good.

Sorting and compiling is complete. Panel sits from tomorrow to pore over the movies. They have over 330 movies to choose the 100 out of, and it will be a long task.

Deepest apologies, folks. Since my urgent absence of a week took over my immediate attentions recently, I didnt have the time to sit together with the judges' panel. Over the next 2 days this will be completed, and by the weekend the list will be up, latest by Sunday.

Not an update but just some news about the delay...

7 of the 9 chosen panelists have sent in their judgements...waiting for the last 2 panelists to turn in their choices...after that the 100 will be up.

Sorry about the delay, folks...

But the longer the delay, the sweeter the results, so hold on for (hopefully) this weekend. This will be one compilation every gorehound will hold really close to their hearts...

Hats off to all those involved in this huge project...

And a huge thanks from me to the 9 panelists who took precious time out of their lives to think over the member recommendations and finalise the top 100.
