I agree with ^, I wish my area had a halloween show on the radio. I love Radio shows, my favorite is Orson Welles of course :-)

since I've been a member here for a long time, I have now given up on "not posting the same thing twice". that being said, here, once again, is my Halloween Night movie(s).

I watch Nightmare Before Christmas and Halloween, too. I have always considered NBC more of a Halloween movie than a Christmas movie because the majority of the film's action takes place in Halloween Town, not Christmas Town. the mood and look of the film is more Halloween than Christmas, too (apart from the scene when Jack stumbles upon Christmas Town). also, the colors used in the sets are predominately orange and black, not red and green.

It would appear so...

No, actually I've been rather busy. I started my horror fest on Oct 1 and have been catching movies whenever I can. My goal was to hit 31, but I did that by the 16th and figured I should keep going. I think it is safe to say that I'm getting burned out now and will slow my pace to more like 2/week.

I like your selection...you've been watching quite a variation of flicks. Atta' boy!

Glad to see some Argento in there, too. What'd you think of Tenebre? I love the ending to that.

The_Return 10-29-2006 12:21 PM

As I'm not going to have much time this Halloween night, I plan to watch the same thing that I watched last year. Going to turn it into a little tradition of sorts.

Dungeon of Harrow

Really strange, messed up, unknown little horror flick. Watched it for the first time last Halloween and enjoyed it quite a bit, havent watched it since. No time like the 31st to grab it off the shelf:)

Geddy 10-29-2006 12:48 PM

Everything I've seen so far by Argento has blown me away. I bought Suspiria and Deep Red immediately after seeing them. Tenebre is on my list to buy next. The end was great - in fact the whole thing was great. Argento is amazing.

Terror at the Opera and Creepers (best cuts of these flicks are under these titles NZ/AUS PAL VHS H.C) are his best shit. Tenebre is his Bay of Blood.

joshaube 10-30-2006 03:13 PM

Halloween I & II double-feature tomorrow night. I have really high expectations for both of them, so here's hoping they don't dissapoint!

Disease 10-30-2006 04:02 PM

alkytrio666 10-30-2006 04:10 PM

I plan on coming home from school and watching Psycho (1960) and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974).

Then I'm going to go see Halloween in theaters.

Geddy 10-30-2006 04:18 PM

I always wanted to see Halloween,Or a nightmare on elm street in theaters but none of the theaters around my house play them.It sucks.

Disease 10-30-2006 05:21 PM
