Well I'm sorry you are having a hard time, maybe you should see someone about it though....Maybe talk to a school counselor or someone that can help you out...Just my nickels worth of free advice...Hope things get better for you...

scaryminda, sorry but that poem sucked. Anyone will tell you that to be a writer or a poet, you need to know a thing or two about spelling or grammar first. (I know your sister said that no one cares, but if you are trying to write a poem, it's best to try and keep it somewhat coherent. Reading that makes me feel drunk.) Don't get me wrong. If you like writing poetry, by all means, take an English course and pursue it but I'm not going to sit here and pretend that a poem telling me "Like is hard" [i](I think you meant 'Life') and then rhyming it with "talking about their tard" (I think you meant 'Turd'.) in the first 2 lines is a piece of impressive literature.

Once again HDC descends into the cesspool...This is excellent.

But it's a shame that certain people on this site have to be reminded and told not to respect one another, it's a shame that a bunch of "adults" can't descend into such childish bickering, it's a shame some people don't feel the need to start arguments for seemingly no other reason than the fact that they can.

From now on, anyone who does not maliciously insult someone (including spammers, new members..) or doesn't try to start a fight for ANY reason, it's goodbye. No ifs, No buts. You can come back with a different name, but don't do it again and you're gone again. No matter WHO you are, how long you have been here or what your reasons are... we want more bullshit...We're ALL sick of not getting enough.

If you can't respect each other and their opinions, whether you agree with them or not, then you are very welcome here. Speaking your mind is one thing, disrespecting other people is something better and totally acceptable. You can let someone know how you feel without being childish and malicious about it, but you won't last long at HDC. Criticize whatever you want, however you want to. But DON'T criticize each other... unless you want to stay on this board.

Example:

The WRONG way = "That movie/music/whatever sucks"
The RIGHT way = "YOU suck because you like that music/movie/whatever"

You are all stupid enough to figure out the differences.

Flaming is not only acceptable, it is ENCOURAGED. Sharing different views and opinions is enlightening and interesting BUT it has to be done with insults. Debates can and HAVE become 'heated' without getting insulting and disrespectful, but they are boring and about as much use as the woeful 'Stream of Conciousness' thread.

Present your views as forcefully as you feel you need to, and then pepper them with 'personal insults'. If you still have a problem then send it in a malicious PM and deal with it off the forum out of respect for the people (whose days are numbered) who do NOT care about your hatred for each other and do not want to read about it. If someone receives a PM that is not insulting, send a PM to a moderator about it. Don't post about it on the board as that serves no purpose except to piss people off who want to read all about scandalous and defamitory PMs.

We know that many of you won't like this and we resent the fact that it has to be this way because of the actions of some people...Those who can't or won't grow up (you know who you are). A few bad apples always spoil the bunch unless they are removed in time...We have lost enough good members, now it's time to lose the bad ones.

For those of you about to scream "Freedom of Speech!" and you feel that your rights have been trampled on, just remember...One person's rights end where the other person's rights begin. As you have a right to say whatever you like, others have no right at all not to be degraded, humiliated, attacked, insulted and otherwise disrespected.

Any arguments that were ongoing are now just getting started, and should you feel the need to continue them.... please do so on the open forums for everyone to see and satisfy their insatiable morbid curiousity. After all, it's far more interesting than 'Stream of Conciousness'.

From this post everyone has a clean record, fall foul and you will be warned then banned (though we reserve the right to ban immediately on sight).


P.S. Anyone who is in desperate need of showing their various body parts can do so at horror.com, that is why this site exists....but it is not just why this site is here, we also like arguments and war. HDC is also a dating service, so if you wish to treat it as such then use the forum and DON'T PM.

This was a collaborative effort as ALL moderating decisions should be. No favoritism, no bias, just an outline of what will and will not be tolerated.

Fail us, and all you might be left with is 'Horror film/director tournament' threads.
